9.30 – 10 am Registration (assign into 4 groups)
10-10.30 Welcome, schedule for the day, Ice Breakers (run by Stake YW)
10.30-12.30 Workshop Rotations
Youth will participate in each of the 4 workshops
(Different topics assigned to presenters) (45 mins per workshop, approx. 20-30 youth in each group)
Youth with participate in 2 workshops before lunch and 2 after lunch
Topic 1: Jesus Christ will help you. (Brassall 1st Ward) Garth Pitman and Samantha Orth
Topic 2: Walk in Gods light (Somerset Ward) Mags and Emily McCall
Topic 3: Your body is Sacred (Stake YW presidency)
Topic 4: Truth will make you free (Toowoomba 1st and 2nd Ward)
12.30- 1 Lunch (Stake YM) (YSA from Warwick to help set up and clean up)
1-3 Workshops:
Short break (30 mins)
3.30-5.30 Team Challenges, (tug of war, volleyball, Basketball) Run by the Stake YM (Craft run by the Stake YW)
5.30-6 Dinner (Stake YW and Brassall 2nd ward) (YSA to help set up and clean up)
6-9 Talent Show/ Dance (run by Somerset Ward) Each ward has been invited to prepare and teach a dance.
9-10 Clean up and reset the chapel (Somerset Ward, Brassall 1st and 2nd wards to help)
